The service
Master Coach is an online learning and exam-preparation service operated by Thaker Innovations in India. It provides AI-assisted study activities, practice, and course materials. It does not guarantee an exam result, certification, employment outcome, or the accuracy of every AI-generated response.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide an email address you control and keep your account secure. You may use course content for your personal learning. You may not resell access, share an account, scrape the service, interfere with its operation, or use it unlawfully.
Trials and subscriptions
Each course has its own free trial and optional monthly or yearly subscription. Prices shown at checkout are in Indian rupees. Subscriptions renew automatically using the payment mandate you approve until cancelled. A promotional price is locked to that subscription while it remains active. Cancelling and later subscribing again uses a price then available to new subscribers.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel renewal at any time. Access ordinarily continues to the end of the paid billing period. The first subscription payment may be refunded when requested within 24 hours of the subscription start; a refund ends access immediately. Full details are in our refund and cancellation policy.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We may update these terms prospectively. Material changes will be communicated through the service or the account email where appropriate.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with jurisdiction over the operator’s place of business in India will have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer law.
