Master Coach supplies online learning access. We do not ship a physical product, so shipping charges, courier timelines, and physical returns do not apply.
Free trial delivery
After email verification and course enrolment, the free study allowance is available immediately in the learning centre, subject to service availability.
Paid access delivery
After Razorpay confirms that the first subscription payment has been captured, paid course access is activated automatically for the purchasing account. This normally happens shortly after checkout. Keep the Razorpay payment ID shown in your payment confirmation.
If access does not appear
Refresh the learning centre after payment confirmation. If access is still missing, email [email protected] with your account email, course name, and Razorpay payment ID. Do not send card details, a UPI PIN, OTP, or bank credentials.
