Cancel renewal
You can cancel a course subscription from its membership controls at any time. Razorpay will be instructed to stop future charges. Your access continues through the end of the current paid billing period, and no unused portion is refunded solely because renewal was cancelled.
24-hour first-payment refund
The initial payment for a new course subscription is refundable if you request it within 24 hours from the subscription start. Use “Cancel now and request refund” in the course membership controls or contact us within that window. This policy does not apply to later recurring renewals.
What happens after a refund request
We cancel the subscription immediately, submit the refund against the captured Razorpay payment, and end paid access immediately. Razorpay and your bank or payment provider complete the money movement; the time for funds to appear can vary by payment method.
Payment failure or duplicate charge
If a charge appears duplicated, fails inconsistently, or cannot be matched to your account, email [email protected] with your account email and Razorpay payment ID. Do not send card, UPI PIN, OTP, or bank credentials.
