Information we collect
We process your email address, course enrolments, study activity, learning preferences, assessment responses, and conversations needed to provide and improve Master Coach. We also retain operational logs and payment identifiers and status received from Razorpay. We do not receive or store your full card number, UPI PIN, or banking credentials.
How we use it
We use information to authenticate you, deliver and personalise learning, maintain progress, provide support, prevent abuse, process subscriptions, and meet legal obligations. AI providers may process prompts needed to provide coaching under our service arrangements.
Location analytics
We use an approximate city-level location supplied by our network provider to understand where landing visits and successful sign-ins occur. We do not store your public IP address for this purpose. Approximate location records are retained for up to 90 days and are visible only to authorised administrators; anonymous landing locations are not connected to an email unless you later verify an account.
Sharing and retention
We share information only with service providers needed to operate hosting, email, AI, first-party analytics, advertising measurement, and payments, or when legally required. We retain account and learning data while your account is active and as reasonably needed for security, disputes, tax, accounting, and legal compliance.
Advertising measurement
Campaign links carry source labels such as campaign and creative names. Master Coach keeps those labels with a random first-party visitor ID so we can compare visits, course starts, and subscriptions without inferring your identity or demographic characteristics. Meta Pixel may receive page visits and actions such as registration, trial start, checkout, and purchase under its own terms. Where regional rules require prior permission, Meta Pixel does not load until you allow it. You can change your advertising measurement choice at any time.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to records we must retain. Contact [email protected]. You may also withdraw optional communication preferences inside the service or change the advertising measurement choice above.
Security and updates
We use access controls, encryption in transit, and appropriate operational safeguards. No internet service is completely secure. We may update this policy and will identify the effective date on this page.
